iNOW 2026 - Best Poster award (second place) for advances in Wafer-Fused 1310 nm VCSEL
Julian Wagener delivered a precise and technically rigorous presentation on our recent advances in MBE‑grown, wafer‑fused 1310 nm VCSELs, emphasizing photon‑lifetime control and efficiency optimization. The results demonstrate stable long‑wavelength operation with enhanced dynamic behavior suitable for modern optical‑interconnect architectures. This work provides a solid foundation for the continued development of energy‑efficient VCSEL platforms within high‑performance datacom systems.
