Today the first large Sino-German scientific cooperation project (NFSC/DFG) between the materials science department of the Univ. of Magdeburg and us has been granted.

The project time is 3 years. The partners from Magdeburg will grow QD-laser wafers based on our own IP, processed and characterised at our Center.    More
